How many days in advance do I need to place a booking?

Currently, we provide same day or a maximum of 3 days to lift the material for transport. As soon as you confirm the order, we lock-in a vehicle for your shipping needs within 24 hours. It’s really that simple!.

How do I know my approximate trip distance and my approximate bill amount?

We have integrated Google Maps into our technology to help you easily calculate the trip distance. Using our App you can calculate the approximate bill amount instantly during the booking process for stations where we have enabled live rate calculation. For other stations, our team gets back to you within a matter of just one hour during our operational timings as soon as you post an inquiry. We take pride in being efficient with our communication.

If I received a confirmed booking ID, is there any chance of a truck still not showing up?

We pride ourselves in guaranteeing peace of mind for our customers. Once the booking ID is confirmed, you can rest assured that the truck will show up. Our vendors have a track record of always being reliable.

How can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel a booking at anytime before the vehicle reaches the specified pick-up point, however the booking confirmation amount of Rs. 500 is non-refundable in such instances.

What are the different modes of payment you support?

A booking confirmation amount of Rs. 500 is accepted through our online payment gateway, and this amount will be adjusted with your freight. For the balance freight payment, you may check-in with the vendor for specific payment details. We highly recommend paying by cheque, DD or NEFT/RTGS.

How will I receive the bill for the shipment?

We believe in being environmentally friendly, so our bills are generated and sent online, and are easily accessible through your online profile. However, if you wish to receive a hard copy then you may drop us a mail and our team will courier a hard copy to your registered address.

Will I get any manpower for loading/unloading and packing services?

Once we assign you a specific vendor, we can confirm if these services are available, and what the additional cost would be.
